ICPM is thrilled to welcome California State Teachers’ Retirement System to the network. CalSTRS is the largest teachers’ retirement system and second largest public pension fund in the United States. CalSTRS provides retirement, disability and survivor benefits to California’s more than 949,000 public school educators and their families.

The ICPM Network is now 43 pension funds with 9 in the United States. CalSTRS has been an active participant in ICPM pension education offerings, namely the Pension Governance Education Program.
