ICPM’s website includes areas that are for members of ICPM only, the use of which are reserved for members of ICPM. Through such areas, ICPM members can access member-specific services and information, and members should take care to maintain the secrecy of their passwords and login information for this access. In delivering these ICPM-related services and information, the secured ICPM member areas may collect and use personal information from members, including to communicate information about ICPM to members, develop services for members, assess quality of services provided, and to comply with applicable laws. You should note that if you are a member of ICPM and would like to use areas of the website reserved for ICPM members, you will be required to accept Cookies in order to maintain session integrity and enhanced security.

This website, these Terms of Use and the Privacy Policy are governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada and by using this website you hereby submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Province of Ontario.

- inquiries about membership and other opportunities with ICPM.

Use and Disclosure of Personal Information
Personal information submitted to ICPM, including through ICPM’s website or a prescribed form, is kept confidential unless disclosed in accordance with your express consent or legal requirements. In any event, any personal information provided on any ICPM platform by a member or user is voluntary, and any personal information provided by a member or user is submitted at their discretion. Please note that revoking your consent may result in not being able to access or utilize certain ICPM programs or features of its website.

To the extent that any personal information is provided to these outside parties, ICPM requires that the provider be bound by obligations consistent with this Policy and that such providers only collect, use, or disclose personal information of individuals who are or represent members and other stakeholders and website users for the purposes of providing aspects of ICPM programs or features of its website.
