Will Sandbrook

National Employment Savings Trust (NEST)


Will has been at NEST for over five years, initially leading our corporate affairs team and as director of strategy for the last three years. He leads NEST's strategic planning work and on areas of pensions policy such as small pots. He’s also responsible for our market research programme and for financial and business volume forecasting. Through Will's role at NEST he also sits on the International Centre for Pensions Management's research committee.

Before coming to NEST, Will was a senior policy analyst in the Department for Work and Pensions, working on various aspects of UK social policy including pension reform and working age benefits.

Outside of NEST, he is a trustee of the charity Victim Support. Will is a member of the Rotman ICPM Research Committee.
